One way to deal with sadness and grief is to journal. If you cant find someone to talk to when you need them, don't despair. Journal your thoughts on paper, computer, wherever so that you can just express your feelings. It does help and the next day or an hour later, we hope you will see that there is hope and you will get through whatever is bothering you.
